Our Process and Goals

Our adoption process is designed to create successful, lifelong matches for both animals and adopters. We appreciate your patience as our volunteer team works to find the best home for every animal in our care.

1. Submit an Application
Complete our adoption application to tell us about yourself, your home, and the type of companion animal you are looking to welcome into your family. Link to > APPLICATION

2. Application Review
Our volunteer team carefully reviews each application to ensure the best possible match between adopter and animal. We will contact you with additional questions or to discuss your preferences and expectations.

3. Meet and Greet!
Once your application is approved, we will arrange a meet-and-greet with the animal and, when appropriate, any resident family members or pets
